Who We Are GLEEJELLOX GLOBAL LLC publishes Kinetic Flux, a skill-based metaball physics game available as a web application.2. Camera & Biometric Data Kinetic Flux uses your device's front camera for two optional features:• Blink Mode (Eye Control): Detects eye blinks locally on your device to control gameplay. All facial landmark processing is performed in real time on-device using MediaPipe FaceMesh. No video, images, facial landmarks, or biometric identifiers are ever recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared.• In-Game Photo Capture: Generates shareable screenshots by compositing the gameplay canvas with a selfie overlay from your front camera. Photos are assembled locally on your device and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.No biometric data of any kind ever leaves your device.3. Location Data Kinetic Flux may request your device's GPS location for the sole purpose of displaying local sunrise, sunset, and moon phase information within the game. Location data:• Is processed entirely on your device • Is never transmitted to or stored on our servers • Is never shared with third parties • Is cached briefly in your browser's local storage (keyed to your device only) to avoid repeated permission promptsYou may deny or revoke location permission at any time in your browser settings. If permission is denied, the app falls back to an approximate location based on your IP address to display time-of-day information. That fallback request is made to a third-party IP geolocation API and is subject to that provider's privacy policy.4. Data We Collect We collect and back up the following data to operate the game and protect your assets: • A random anonymous player ID generated locally on your device • Your lifetime Fluxplosion count (score) — used for the global leaderboard • Your Gold balance — server-backed so it survives reinstallation or data clearing • Your owned skins and permanent upgrades — server-backed • Your boost and power inventory — server-backed • Your blob upgrade level — server-backed • Your lifetime heart count — server-backedSession stats, settings, and active skin preference are stored only on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details.Purchases of in-game Gold are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Payment data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).5. How We Use Your Data Your anonymous player ID and score are used solely to rank players on the global leaderboard visible within the game. No data is sold, rented, licensed, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.6. Photo Sharing When you use the in-game capture feature and choose to share a screenshot, the image is passed to your device's native share sheet (OS-level sharing). GLEEJELLOX GLOBAL LLC does not receive, store, or have access to shared images. The destination (social media, messaging app, etc.) is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.7. Your Rights — Access & Deletion You may delete your data at any time via Settings → Delete My Data / Account. This action: • Immediately removes your entry from the global leaderboard • Clears your player ID, score, locally stored settings, and session data • Generates a new anonymous player ID • Preserves your Gold balance, owned skins, boosts, upgrades, and hearts — these may include real-money purchases and are not subject to erasure under GDPRNo waiting period or account verification is required. Deletion of personal data is permanent and irreversible. Your Gold and purchased assets are retained and will be available under your new player ID.8. Children Kinetic Flux is intended for users 16 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from individuals under 16. If you believe a user under 16 has submitted data to our leaderboard, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.9. No Medical Claims Kinetic Flux makes no medical, therapeutic, neurological, or clinical claims of any kind. This app is entertainment software only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.10. Third-Party Services Kinetic Flux uses the following third-party services: • Google Play Billing — payment processing for in-game Gold purchases (policies.google.com/privacy) • IP Geolocation API — fallback location for sunrise/sunset display when GPS is unavailable • MediaPipe (Google) — on-device facial landmark detection for Blink ModeKinetic Flux is distributed exclusively through the Google Play Store. It is not available on the Apple App Store or any other platform. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.11. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.12.
